Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
My sister rented a house since 2011 with a 2yrs contract which ended Nov.2013. She put on my attention that the owner has been charging her HOA fee $100/month which is not in the contract. Can we fight for this? Is that supposed to be Owners responsibility?

Whether your sister is responsible for the HOA dues is a matter of what is written in the lease agreement.
