Can they do that?
This is the situation my father past away and I was Partners
with him at a store he owned , so i took over the business
for about 4 years now. All the property my father owned went through probate. I was promise the business and sign
papers with my lawyer that rent would be tooken out of my inheritance. So now I was sent with a 30 day notice for
the store.for unpaid rent. and also I have tenants upstairs that I rented to and they were serve with a 24 hour notice for inspection or they can be evicted if they do not cooperate. is this legal?:

Get your lawyer to negotiate with the attorney for the estate to buy you time to find another location. If it was in writing that the rent would be taken out of your inheritance, then you have more of a leg to stand on to negotiate.
