skipped on on parking spot for more room?

i am beening skipped on , every time--name removed--tenant move's out we cant get bump'd up for more parking spot &--name removed--coverd parking spot at that. i lived here over 3 yrs & he 's still keeps saying that the owner want's us there. we had trouble with other tenats parking next to us cause that hit our car when coming out . well they were moved on but were still in the same spot & next to the trash can @ that ,plx help . aka being nice till the ball drops plz help thx
