smoking neighbors polluting your home

Is there anything that can be done

about neighbors who pollute your

home with smoke and make you ill?

I assume they are not in your home, but the smoke drifts in through open windows.

If that is the case, there isn't much the law will do. I would suggest following Mr. Cohen's advice, and talk to them.
