Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

So0o0 Many ScamFool Minded Ones Out There.........To Protect My......

2 QUESTIONS ASKED HERE:

PLEASE!

[ 1 ]...I've read/heard so much about people needing to protect themselves

from (con artist/internet/etc.) IDENTITY THEFT. I've recently moved to

California and most applications that I have obtained from potential renters,

are wanting my bank account numbers.

Do we really have to supply this sort of personal and private information? It's

not the actual lease contract. Just the application.

AFTER CONTACTING THE BAR ASSOCIATIONS & LAWYER REFERRAL'S ETC.,

[ 2 ]...Any suggestions on how to find a highly qualified Specialist in Real

Estate Law ? What to ask and what to look for in this search for retaining such

a competent/qualified lawyer?

Best Regard's

Thank You

As a rule of thumb, NEVER give personal or confidential information to completely unknown persons. The facts you have given thus far are a bit vague however. If you would like to give us more details, contact us this week for a free phone consultation.
