Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Specific Form Number please

Regarding asking judge to throw out a purely retaliation unlawful detainer. Filed a month AFTER my letter of withhold rent for repairs of unsafety (raw sewage and electrical fire) after a year of asking, all saved letters.

Which form gets judge to dismiss it, as I prior began mediation/small claims in letter to her(certified return). Which form is for dismissal on retaliation grounds.?

There is NO form. You raise it as a defense in your answer, go to trial, and when you win, you can get attorney's fees if your rental agreement provides for them and you have a lawyer.
