stay of eviction

our stay of eviction has been denied. what if anything can we do? can we come back for our stuff later?

You have 15 days to reclaim the property, but you must pay rent for those 15 days.

However, there are many restrictions for your landlord, as to caring for your property.

Even though, I assume, relations are not cordial with your landlord, you might want to negotiate with him/her and give him/her an exact date when you can pick up your property.

Be fair, however. Understand the landlord not only has difficulty recovering from you, but can't re-rent the premises until it is totally empty, cleaned, etc.
