After a stay of execution was granted until 12/12/2012 i needed more time to move so the landlord said i could have 16 more days if i put $160.00 in his bank. i did that , but i have a serious heart condition and still need some time,i've been here 15 years,is he allowed to still bring the sheriff to evict me? this was a judgement on an unlawful detainer

If he has the unlawful detainer judgment, yes he can have the Sheriff deliver the five day notice. You must move or they can lock you out. Sounds like you had a stay plus a negotiated extension.... Even though you have trying circumstances and it is difficult to move after being in a place for that long, the judgement is enforceable
