Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

We store a RV at at rental storge facility. There was a fire started accidently by another tennant. He does not have insurance (neither do we). The storage owner's contract states "we are to be held harmless for any type of liability to vehicle including theft and personal liability while stored on the premises." Does this include fire?
