Stored Property
A friend has stored some personal property in my garage. I would like for them to move these items off the property. What type of form do I use to notify them that they have to remove their personal property? How long do I have to give them to do this? Thank you.

One would suggest a "reasonable" time. If the tables were turned, how much time would you need to interrupt your work, hire a truck and helpers, find a new place to store the stuff, etc. Sounds like 30 days' written notice would be reasonable. What would you do if your friend doesn't take the stuff by that time? Perhaps place it in storage and bill your friend for that expense. Put that in your written notice, as well.
