Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

sublease eviction

We have a one year lease agreement on an apartment, we have moved and verbally subleased to a lady who now refuses to pay rent. The lease is up in one month. How do we get her out we do not want her staying for free the last month of the lease agreement, and how do we ensure she will leave by the time the lease is up?

Re: sublease eviction

You will need to evict her, like any other landlord does for non-payment of rent.
