can i sue my landlord for bed bugs in my apt, im tired of dealing with this nightmare, the land lord dosent seem to care because we are about to move out

If the landlord is at fault for the bed bugs existing or failed reasonably to eliminate them then you could successfully sue, but you have to prove that it was the landlord's fault. You need to be able to show that you did not bring in the bed bugs or prevent their being gotten rid of.
