tenant compensation
bed room wall was damage due to a car hit the wall in car port. Tenant used the living room during repair.

It sounds as though you have finished using the livingroom as your temporary bedroom. Since you did not ask the landlord to be compensated for doing so, which would have given him the opportunity to make another unit available to you, etc., you may not be able to collect. The liveability of your entire unit did go down, but again you made no claim when it occurred. You probably are out of luck.
