I'm a tenant, I'm felt down 6 days ago
What I have to do?
I felt down at the building stairs. I broken my knee.
My husband say, we have to talk with the manager about it, but the aren't friendly, They should be pay for my medicals bills?

You should immediately take pictures of the stairs and the handrail, and any conditions that are dangerous. Feel free to reply to my private email:

Was there anything dangerous about the condition of the stairs?
Were they damaged? In poor repair? Wet? Was there a proper handrail? Did this happen at night? If so, was there proper lighting?
Your landlord will not be liable simply because you fell. You must be able to show that he was negligent, or that the stairs constituted a "dangerous condition." I would need more facts to determine whether or not you may have a valid claim.
