tenant harrassment

I attended a hoa mtg to ? why my car was sited for not being moved for 72 hours. The board president said you sure have been sick a lot this year and I nned to have someone move my car. He has no business knowing my health and to address it infront of a room of people was a violation of my privacy rights

There is no question here, so you'll have to resubmit with a question.

However, you have no damages. Hurt feelings do not count as damages in the courts.

Also, you cannot win when suing an HOA. They have complete authority to make rules and regulations, and I am sure that was in the lease that you signed.
