Can a tenant on a multiple party lease evict the other one?

No. To evilt someone you must own the property. A tenant has no ownership interest.

Condisider the question in a logical fashilon. If a tenant could evict a co-equal tenant, then that other tenant upon notice of the eviction process could file to evict the first tenant negating the eviction process.
