Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

We have a tenant who is the process of being evicted, while we wait for her to "answer" the lawsuite, we need to add additional documents to the case which pertain to this person being evicted from other places, police reports filed against this person for identify theft. We discovered this information afterwords and want the judge to be informed before he grants him 'fee waiver' or some sort of extension.

How add additional docs to unlawful detainer/eviction case in CA?

What forms to complete?

Thanks for you help.

There are no "forms" to file. Those documents are irrelevant to a fee waiver, the court does not grant extensions of time to answer, you introduce the documents into evidence at trial, but unless the tenant is raising defenses to which these prior acts are relevant the court will not allow them in as the obvious purpose is to prejudice the judge and does not go to providing anything about eviction unless you are claiming you would never had rented to the person if they had told you of prior evictions when you asked [but even that is a somewhat weak connection]. You should probably consult with an attorney experienced in evictions as it appears you are not too knowledgeable about the process.
