tenant rights
if your landlord knows you're out of town can he/she enter your rental?
Also, when you pay your rent then go on vacation can your landland then call the rental abandoned and move the tenants things out?

Your lease/rental agreement should spell out the landlord's entry rights. Consult your agreement and call or email if you need futher assistance.
