Re: tenant rights as a rener on a forclosed house

The process is driven entirely by the bank, and there is no way of telling how long you have. I can tell you that after the foreclosure sale takes place, unless the bank agrees to rent to you and let you stay, they will at some point serve you with a sixty (60) day notice to vacate the premises. At that point you will have sixty days to leave, or they will file an eviction lawsuit. Sorry I can't be more specific, but the lender could have completed a foreclosure in less than six months, so I have no idea what they are doing.
