Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Tenant versus Landlord
We have given our Landlord a 30 day notice, based on many misrepresentations in our lease agreement. The Landlord proceeded to give us a 3 day notice to pay or quit, 2 1/2 - 3 weeks afte we had given him our notice. Is the Landlord still able to give us the notice?

Re: Tenant versus Landlord
Absolutely, especially if you didn't pay rent. You do not need an eviction on your credit history.
I assume you thought security deposit is for last month's rent. Untrue!
