Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I have 10 apartments and 10 parking spaces. every tenant has one assigned parking. I have a parking space long enough to fit 2 cars. can my doughter park her 2 cars on this spot without having legal problems with my tenants.

If you own the property and if her cars will not get in the way of other tenants' ability to maneuver their cars into or out of their spaces, why would there be a problem? The tenants are given one space each and I assume that is in the lease.
