tenants left without paying rent.how i can get it. he does not comply with anything.

You can use the security deposit to offset the missing rent money [be sure to write the tenant within 21 days what yo have done with the security deposit]. otherwise, all you can do is sue in Small Claims Court and then hope he has some money that you can get.
