Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Tenants Rights

Can a landlord kick you out of a common area in a share- rental situation (he rents one room where common area was previously shared) if they decide they want to move into the house themselves? can they forbid you to use kitchen if there is not other available kitchen for use? what if he no longer has the lease in writing

Re: Tenants Rights

Your facts are very unclear. How about using letters like "L" for Landlord, "T" for tenant, ""R" roommate? You have a lot of you, he, and they.

E-mail me clearer facts, and I'll be glad to try and help.
