Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

tenent dispute

I have been in a 6 month lease which is up Dec 6.

I moved to this apt complex which advertised heated swimmming pool, workout facility. These are no longer available to me.

Recently, a maintenance worker walked in on my roommate when I had not put in a work order. The lease does state that they will not enter my apartment without my approval.

The question, can I get out of my lease considering these items have since been breached on their part?

How much notice will i need to give them.

Thank you for any assistance you can offer me.

Re: tenent dispute

You need to give 30 days notice. Since your lease is up on Dec. 6 anyway, it might be better to just give notice that you are moving out on that day.
