termination of lease

I want to terminate a residential lease with my tenent 4 months early. I have to move back into the property due to finacial hardship

Re: termination of lease

The best way to accomplish this is by negotiating with the tenant.

The law doesn't recognize your hardship as a reason to break the lease, any more than the tenant telling you he/she was fired and can't pay rent until they get a new job.

Try to work out something satisfactory to you, and the tenant.
