Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I have termites inside my apartment. Whenever it is hot outside(75 degrees or higher) the termites will appear in my bathroom, bedroom and hallway. I have talked with my landlord many times asking him get rid of them. This has been going on for about 2 months now. This past weekend i found a termite in my hair. When I told my landlord he told me to live with the termites or move out. I can not afford to move. What are my rights as a renter?

You might call the county board of health or local buildings department and see whether they can inspect the building and perhaps issue a citation.
It looks like you have an L.A. zip code. Call the Rent Board. If they can't help, there are a number of agressive tenants rights groups in L.A. You can find them easily on the web.
