Termites

I rent a house and last week I came home to an infestation of termites flying all around the living room and kitchen I called the Landlord and he told me he was going to call terminex he never did so I called him again and he told me he would come treat the termites hisself, it has been one week and he has not done anything at all.

Re: Termites

Call your local building inspector, and write and tell the landlord (in a certified letter) that, if the inspector's report indicates that there is an infestation, that you will consider the lease breached.
