What is the last time for a defendant in an Unlawful Detainer case to file Interrogatories? It has already been a week since I filed an Answer to a Complaint in pro per.

You don't -file- the interrogatories. You have a friend or relative mail a copy, along with a signed proof of service, to the plaintiff's lawyer. The plaintiff has five days (plus five more for mailing) to respond.
