Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Today I received a phone call about an apartment that I was on the waitlist for. A message was left saying that I have until the end of today to return the call and claim the apartment. But when I called 45 minutes later the apartment had been given away. I have the voicemail saved. Does this breach some sort of oral contract?
