If you do not have a lease for the house, do not pay any rent--yes, you have no legal right to be there. You are just a guest who he gets to sleep with. He obviously has little concern for you; why continue to make your life horrible? You may love him, but he is bad for you. There are a lot of men out there who are much nicer and who do not treat their girlfriends like a dog, to be kicked out into the cold night when they become displeased.
