Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I had told my landlord I was having problems/w electricity months ago. He never came to check it.I came home�iced; tv's,dvr,dvd,portable a/c,fan,&lamp; wouldn't come on& several bulbs were blown out(less than a month old LED's).Is he liable to replace these items?

Maybe. It depends on what caused them to not work. If it is the electricity, then yes. Give your landlord written notice of the problem. If the electricity is still not working, contact the health department. You may want to consult with a local landlord tenant attorney.
