Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I own a townhome in California. One of the upstairs window screens flew off and hit the hood of the tenant's car parked in the driveway during severe winds and scuffed/scratched the paint on her hood. There had been no issues with this screen prior to wind storm. Am I, as the owner, liable for the damage to her car caused by this ''Act of God''. Who is responsible for payment of the repairs to her car?
