Type Your Question Here...can a person rent out there house if they have done add ons w no permits

I would not recommend it as an attorney. That is only my opinion; however, if someone were to get hurt (a tenant) then they could use your lack of permits to really bring a strong lawsuit against you. Sorry, probably not the answer you wanted but it might save you in the long run.
