when u work at a motel/chevron gas station 4 5years & live in a room(on sits worker) does the boss have the right 2 lock me out of room without giving notice me any notice?

Assuming the room was provided as part of your employment, and your employment has ended, the landlord/boss does not have to give you the usual notices (3/30/60 day) before going to court to evict you. They can tell you to leave right away. However, they still have to go to court and follow the eviction procedures. They are not allowed to simply lock you out.
