Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

UD Motion

I won a U.D. case and was awarded

costs per memorandum of costs. The

Landlords Attorney's have filed a

Motion to Strike Portions of

Defendant's Memorandum of Costs.

Should I file a motion or response to

their motion???

Re: UD Motion

Absolutely. You should always file a response/opposition to motion. Otherwise, you run the risk of the judge issuing a tentative ruling against you based on that motion and losing at the hearing.
