Unfair Landlords
We leased a commercial space but had so much problem such as rat infestations, sewage leaks, rat holes on our offices. We lost so much money because of the problem and was forced to move. We tried asking for help from our property management but never solved the issue. We have pictures, documents from pest control, emails. Now we just recieved a letter from their attorney letting us know we owed them money because of the early termination of our lease. Please help on what should we do at this time.

Without knowing more, you have a good case.
If you know a landlord tenant or real estate attorney, it might be good to consult him/her. You need an attorney, if only to answer their lawyer's letter.
Did you ever report this to your local building inspectors?
