Can i get an extension on respondimg to a Request for Admissions and Form Interrogatories- Unlawful Detainer from the 5 day limit to respond? (its tomorrow)

My atty quit and I and my 2 daughters are being evicted by my ex-husband and we have nowhere to go.

Re: unlawful detainer

You can call the other lawyer and get agreement in writing. Unless you do so, some of the admissions could be deemed admitted, and therefore you could lose the case by not answering timely.
