Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Unlawful Detainer
My tenent has not paid rent for June or July. I gave 3 day notice to Quit and 30 Day eviction notice. He is still now leaving. I understand I need to fill out an '' unlawful detainer'' form. I looked online and there are several ones, not sure what to use and when I should use it. Please help.

Re: Unlawful Detainer
You need to consult an attorney readily familiar with landlord/tenant law for that information. Know that if it is not done correctly the court may reject your lawsuit, even at the 11th hour.
