Re: Unlawful Detainer-Eviction Notice

You must file and serve an Answer-Unlawful Detainer within five days of the service of the summons and complaint. You can find it on the Judicial Council website at http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/forms/fillable/ud105.pdf. Many courts also have on-site or nearby volunteer attorneys to help tenants through the legal process. Good luck!
