Unlawful Rental Agreement
If a tenant signs a rental agreement that violates basic tenant rights such as the property manager/owner being able to ignore the requirements of the Unlawful Detainer process, can the agreement be enforced?

The basis of the agreement can be enforced, but not the items that conflict with the law.
