unwanted tenents

Tenents moved out of my sisters rental and now there are non paying people living there. How do I go about evicting them. I dont want to give a pay or quit I want them out! property is a shambles

If there over thirty days then they qualify as at will tenents and must be evicted. Otherwise call the police for tresspass. Contact me directly.
