Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
''Verbal Contract''
The plaintiff claims that there was a breach of contract on 01/22/01 between us. I have never signed any contracts with the plaintiff. The claim to go to court was filed on 12/11/03. Isn't it too late to file according to the statute of limitations? If so what do I do?
