Warehous / Contract / payment
My warehouse that I rented or leased smells like propane or some sort of fume. Every day I go in smells worst than the day before. I barely stay there anymore. What can I do? Do I still have to pay them for the periods that smell so bad?
If they force me to leave because I don't want to pay them then can they? Since it is because of their warehouse fault does that allow them to do so?
I would like a thorough response and possibly anything I missed added.

If you are faced with a situation that leaves your space un-occupiable then you have certain remedies under law to fix the problem, including vacating the premises. However, typically in commercial leases there are provisions in the lease document that address this issue and steps you can take that will help you not to run foul of the law.
Your question is a complicated one that leaves many questions unanswered. Have you contacted your landlord regarding the problem? Have they refused to investigate? This smell sounds like a health issue as well.
