Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
A week to week rental tenant has broken his signed rental agreement and has been given a 7 day notice to quit which he signed a copy of that stating he hjad received it, refuges to vacate the property, what can the landlord sdo to have him removed? ( Outside going thur a unlawful detainer evection).

Self-help is prohibited. An unlawful detainer eviction is the only lawful means to remove the tenant.
