My wife was trying to help her 30 year old daughter by offering to have her stay in our house (I pay all of the costs) for free from Sept 5th to the end of November to take a 90 day dog training course. It was to be the daughter only, but she brought her 2 dogs, too. My wife's "plan" was to have the daughter take the dog training, get a job and move out by the first of December. The daughter got a job in Sept with the place that offers the dog training. My wife is not able to move the daughter out. It's almost July now. I have asked my wife repeatedly since March to get the daughter out of our house. My wife appears to be unable to do so. I have asked the daughter to move out several times. Now the daughter has brought a 3rd dog to our house. What options do I have available to me?

You can give her written notice of termination and ask her to leave. Then if she doesn't, you can file an unlawful detainer lawsuit to have her evicted. 30 days notice is probably sufficient unless she has been there more than one year, in which case you need 60 days notice.
Of course, taking any such action on your own without your wife's agreement may make your home a very unpleasant place to be. Maybe it would be best to sit down with your wife and her daughter and discuss it. Maybe she could start paying rent, or if you really want her out, maybe you can offer to give her some relocation money.
