Hello, I won a judement of a renter who was renting a room for me. The Judge stated that the renter had to pay me monthly in $100 incraments but if failed to complete the process that I could go after him for the full balance immidiatly. Well of course the rent made the first two months payments then moved out of state. This all took place back on May 9, 2008. Anyways I just found out that this person just moved back to this area were I am now. Can I still go after him or has to much time passed?

If you have a judgment, it is enforceable for up to 10 years, and may be renewed for another 10-year period. If the renter paid you by check in the past, you might attempt a levy on the accounts at that bank, as old habits die hard and the renter might still be banking there. If you know of the company for which the renter works, you can attempt to garnish wages. You could also schedule a debtor's exam if the other things fail or to supplement those efforts.
