Wrongfull Death
My brother was murdered outside a home and we weren't called until we started looking for him, can we sue the homeowner where my brother died back in 2003.

There may be some narrow circumstances in which a landowner may be held liable for criminal acts. There may be a statute of limitations pronlem however. Contact me directly.
