Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

wwent to courta fter filing a sSTay of Execution to stop a 5 day notice to vacate. The landlord was using an old UD that he should of dismissed because he put house up for sale and doesnt want to give us the 60 days we as 4 year tenants deserve.

He didnt show for court and tje Judge ruled in our favor stating what he filed was illegal. She squashed his part n we will have to file "a request to have LLdismiss old UD.

LL's P.Mgr. called and askd for the keys to prop. We cannot afford to move. He then said we have one day to come up with an amount.he saidLL wants us out now. In CA how much does the law allow? Thank you.

I'm confused if the judge ruled for you, you shoud have papers to prove they lost. Pay your rent and get an attorney to assist you.
