Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California
a agreement was made to were i was to make 6% of a sell. i was a key to making it happen. out of 24 items 8 has been sold and a lawsuit has been filed on behalf of the seller in regairds to remainig 16. i am key player for the seller, but i could also help blow the deal for buyer. can i warn seller that if i don't receive a signed document garrenting my 6% after case settlement, that i'll help have case though out. no stories, no lies just, povable facts ! out of the first 8 i'm already owed 9,900.00
