Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California
Amazon told me I would recieve a refund on a replacement kindle fire. I told them I was planning on upgrading to HD. That was fine. Refund hasnt come Supervisor reviewed calls and said I was misinformed. was told by a kindle specialist that best they could do was 80% super said no. Talked to Amazon on more than 1 occasion and was never given indication that wouldnt receive. Is there anything I can do?

I would recommend contacting your local Better Business Bureau and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Good luck with this.
